Cancel any time, for any reason. It's very easy. Your account will remain open for the period that you have already paid for, but we will stop charging you immediately.
i) You were subjected to fraud, had issues of a technical nature or if accidental billing occured. ii) You may get a refund if Onzenn did not deliver the experience you thought it would.
The processing of refunds takes less than a day. We will send a confirmation email to the address on file for your account, once completed.
